Bruce Summers
President, Director of Network Services
Bruce co-founded WorldWide Computer Solutions in 1993. Located in Keene, New Hampshire, the software development and information technology firm was incorporated in 1997. In 2007, the retail business ( d.b.a. Computer Solutions of Keene) was introduced. Bruce previously held positions in sales and IT at PC Connection, SoftDesk and held sales positions at Decision Support Systems, a Virginia based computer hardware distributor, as well as BSM Computers, Following this, Bruce joined Softdesk, Inc. in Henniker, NH, as an IT specialist. Bruce graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science.
Tim Santaw
Senior Sr. Vice President of Finance, Director of IT Services Delivery
Tim joined WorldWide Computer Solutions in June 2000 in a software development leadership role. In January 2003 he was promoted to VP of Finance and became a 50% shareholder. In addition to his company financial management responsibilities, for nine years he has successfully led a Software Solutions Team, providing quality business applications built on web technologies. Tim graduated high honors from Lyndon State College in 1998 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and an Associate Degree in Computer Science. Prior to joining WorldWide Computer Solutions, he held IT roles for Littleton Coin Company. Tim is active in the community coaching youth sports.
Gregory N. Vrakatitsis
Vice President Sales and Business Development
Greg Vrakatitsis joined Worldwide Computer Solutions in November, 2009 and brings with him over thirty years of experience in the IT Professional Services and Software industries. Most recently, Greg was responsible for Business Development, and Operations for Hubspan, Inc. in the Eastern U.S. He held positions as VP of Sales and Marketing for Availant, VP/Area Director for CIBER, Inc., VP of Professional Services at AscendantOne, and VP of Sales and Operations at Dharma, Inc.
He also spent twenty-one years with Keane Inc., a large Global IT Services and Business Process Outsourcing company in progressively responsible roles in project management, sales, profit and loss management, and senior management , including Area Vice President for five business units, overseeing a 1300 person organization , and a $140Million/year in revenue. He also was responsible for Keane’s relationship with IBM, which grew from $30MM to $70MM in annual revenues under his leadership.
Suzanne Stevens
VP of Administration
Suzanne has been with the WWCS team since June 2009, providing the company with the direction and oversight needed to fulfill its vision, mission and ambitious strategic objectives. Her career in the IT industry began in 1992 at PC Connection. Her subsequent career roles as Special Projects Administrator and Corporate Software Engineer, allowed her to accumulate diverse and valuable business administration and project management experience. A alumnus of Plymouth State University, Suzanne is an active supporter of the Keene Downtown Group and a former Board member and current supporter of the Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce.
